He will support the business through the provision of proactive Procurement of Packaging Materials as well as other materials such as promotion materials, engineering and machinery spare-parts.. He will be accountable to review suppliers’ performance in terms of price, quality, quantity and accuracy of delivery, select and develop new suppliers, ensure efficient inventory system, monitor receiving process and shipment to branches.
Requirements:
§ Male/ Female aged 28- maximum 35 years.
§ Holds S-1 degree in Management/ other subjects from overseas or recognized local university.
§ Experience in procurement of packaging materials, promotion materials, engineering and machinery spare-parts with multinational fast moving consumer goods industry.
§ Proven track record of experience, at least 5 years in Assistant Manager Level position in foreign multinational/ National companies engaged in fast moving consumer goods industry.
§ Proven skills in developing networking and partnership with existing and new suppliers.
§ Excellent knowledge of Procurement, Export / Import Procedures, Logistics, Inventory Management, Accounting and Information System.
§ Good knowledge and deep understanding of Procurement process, and proven skills in all aspects of planning, administration, negotiating and reporting.
§ Strong leadership, good analytical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong negotiation skills.
§ Fluency in English both verbal and written is essential.
§ Computer literate.
Key Account Manager (KAM).
The successful candidate is accountable to National Key Account Manager. He/ She will support the business by developing and maintaining partnership with the Key Chains comprise of key accounts such as Carrefour, Hero , Giants, Matahari, Indomarco, Indomaret, Makro, Alfa, Ramayana and others to build a profitable business and to achieve the sales volume target.
Requirements:
Male/ Female aged 30- maximum 37.
Holds S-1 Degree from overseas or recognized local university.
Deep working experience, at least 5 (five) years with leading foreign multinational companies engaged in fast moving consumer goods industry in related position.
Proven track record in delivering volume growth, supported with effective merchandising, effective implementation of in-store promotion, supervising the merchandising and sales promotion girls.
Proven track record in preventing out of stocks, monitoring the service level.
Proven track record in negotiating the best trading terms in delivering the volume target as set by the company.
Strong leadership, good analytical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, with self-starter and self-motivated character..
